Signing support
We stay on the thread through signature. We do not hold your deposit.
- English plain-language notes on deposit, term, and penalty clauses before you sign.
- Local agent intro for your chosen area
- English explanation of the Korean contract through signing
- You pay only the account on the contract
What we do / what we don’t
We do
- Identify a designated neighborhood 부동산 for your chosen area via major Korean listing databases
- Introduce you to that agent and stay as the English middle ground through signing
- Explain deposit, rent, dates, utilities, and exit terms in English before you sign
- Flag missing points and keep both sides aligned until keys are handed over
We don’t
- Act as landlord, listing site, or licensed real-estate agent
- Hold deposits or receive rent into HezoKorea accounts
- Sign as tenant or give legal advice (Korean contract text usually controls)
- Guarantee a specific unit or that every landlord accepts passport-only stays
- Scrape or republish portal listings or photos
Optional add-on after area choice — not a locked bundle with recommendation. Pay only to the account written on the contract. Keys come from the agent or owner.

Who this service is for
- People who already have an area shortlist (from us or elsewhere) and need help finishing the Korean deal
- Foreigners who cannot negotiate a Korean 부동산 contract in Korean
- Anyone who wants English explanation of deposit, rent, dates, utilities, and exit terms before signing
Real estate deal support is an optional add-on after area choice, not a locked bundle with recommendation.
What real estate deal support covers
After you choose where to live, we stay with you until the local lease is signed. We find the neighborhood real-estate office for that area through major Korean listing databases, introduce you, and sit through the Korean contract so you can finish even without speaking Korean. We explain deposit, rent, dates, utilities, and exit terms in English. We are not the landlord or the agent — you sign with them, pay only the account on the contract, and receive keys from them.
한국어 못해도 한국 부동산 계약. You can complete a Korean housing contract without speaking Korean.
We identify a designated neighborhood 부동산 via 직방, 다방, 네이버부동산 and similar. We do not scrape or republish listings.
Renting in Korea if you do not speak Korean
- Housing recommendation gives an English shortlist so you are not guessing neighborhoods from listing apps alone.
- Deal support introduces a local agent and explains the Korean lease in English through signing.
- Korean text usually controls. We translate and explain; we do not replace a lawyer.
How foreigners sign a Korean lease
- View in person or by video for options in your chosen area.
- You choose the area (and unit path) after recommendation, or bring an area you already chose.
- You opt into real estate deal support.
- We identify the neighborhood agent handling that area.
- We explain deposit, rent, dates, utilities, and exit terms in English.
- You sign with the agent or owner, not with HezoKorea.
- You pay only to the account written on the contract.
- You receive keys from them.
We do not sign as tenant, hold the deposit, or give legal advice.
