What we do / what we don’t

We do

  • Match and prepare documents for international patients
  • Recommend MOHW-registered foreign-patient hospitals when possible
  • Shortlist 2–3 hospitals, request estimates, and check foreign-patient desk basics
  • Package medical records (translation, notarization, apostille/legalization) for hospital review

We don’t

  • Replace hospitals or practice medicine
  • Guarantee treatment outcome or admission to a specific doctor
  • Provide medical advice or disease-specific treatment claims
  • Book surgery or treatment ourselves — appointments stay with the hospital you choose

Final clinical decisions belong to the hospital and treating physicians. There is no fixed package fee; we quote via inquiry after reviewing your case.
