What Queue Run covers
Queue Run is an in-person Seoul service for limited retail drops you cannot buy online: Chanel and other luxury or open-run releases where people line up overnight or before the store opens.

- Hold in Korea for pickup, or international shipping via EMS or UPS

Limited drops can sell out before your place in line. We follow each store’s purchase limits, ID or membership rules, and payment methods. If we cannot buy the item, we tell you promptly and do not invent guarantees.

What is Queue Run vs Proxy Shopping?
Queue Run is in-person line-up and purchase at Seoul stores for limited drops. Proxy Shopping is online buying from Korean marketplaces when stores will not ship abroad.
Can you guarantee Chanel or other limited stock?
No. We queue and buy when stock opens, but limited releases can sell out. Your quote covers our attempt under the store’s rules; we do not guarantee availability.
What do I need to send before you queue?
Store or branch, date, item list (with backups if useful), and whether you want hold or international shipping. We send a personalized quote before we go.
Do you ship outside Korea?
Yes. After purchase we can hold in Korea or ship via EMS (Korea Post) or UPS Expedited. Shipping is quoted with your Queue Run inquiry.
