How hospital matching in Korea works

  1. 01

    Specialty intake

Diagnosis notes, preferred cities, and insurance/self-pay status.

  2. 02

    Shortlist 2–3 hospitals

Matched to specialty, not a directory dump.

  3. 03

    Send estimate requests

English outreach to international patient desks where available.

  4. 04

    Compare replies

You choose; we help schedule the next consult step.

  • Estimate request emails you can keep in your case file.
  • Side-by-side comparison table (2–3 hospitals)
  • MOHW-registered foreign-patient hospitals when possible
  • Estimate ranges when hospitals provide them (not guaranteed)

What we do / what we don’t

We do

  • Screen MOHW-registered foreign-patient hospitals when possible
  • Shortlist 2–3 options and request or compile estimates
  • Note foreign-patient desk / interpreter / wait-time basics hospitals share
  • Introduce you to the international coordinator after you choose

We don’t

  • Act as a hospital or practice medicine
  • Guarantee treatment outcome, admission, or a specific doctor
  • Invent hospital partnerships or exclusive doctor relationships
  • Book surgery or treatment — appointments stay with the hospital you choose

We are not a hospital. Final admission and doctor assignment are the hospital’s decision. Estimates can change after full record review.
